Great rooms, very clean and nicely done. Most of the front office staff was fantastic, but I didn’t appreciate one of them (afternoon) questioning as who I was and whether I’d paid for parking. (She checked before letting me proceed). Parking is extra, and be sure your car is small, since parking is extremely tight. The only real negative thing I can say, is that breakfast is t very good, and it’s €15 per person, per day. For a four star hotel, this isn’t good. They also make you pay a deposit of €50 at check in time, and a couple of other small charges. The elevators hold 4ppl/420kg, but are barely big enough for two people. All in all, most of the staff is great and the rooms are excellent.

This is a very beautiful place to stay. The hotel is in good location and very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful to their hotel guests. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room very clean and organized and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was included and very enjoyable great service and selection of food. Highly recommended by me to stay. Teresa Ridge Galway Ireland 🇮🇪 ❤️

This was a nice hotel, definitely not luxury, but still nice. The room was large and included a mini fridge with snacks and drinks stocked in it for a price. They were two of us staying here and the bed situation was two twin beds pushed together to make sort of a queen bed. A little bit odd, but not an uncommon bed situation in Portugal. The air conditioning, while it existed, was very old and not good at cooling. There was also no fan in the bathroom so with no air circulation in the bathroom it got very steamy and humid and took forever to dry out. otherwise, this place was totally fine.

Be prepared for a letdown. Room small bathroom, very small,no safety catch on the window. I ordered breakfast when booking online to my dismay no 15 euro per person, car parking in hotel was 133 euros for the week.so breakfast and parking for 2 for a week nearly 250 euros on top of room. Very comfortable bed.

We stayed in this hotel for three days. We are happy with the location and staff. But don't be fooled to believe the breakfast is complementary. When we booked on Agoda, it said the breakfast is free. When we arrived, the hotel wanted to charge us $15 per person for breakfast. The information is misleading. If you like a hotel with complementary breakfast, don't book this hotel.

The first room that we were put in was too small to be useful for two people with two suitcases and because of heavy rain the floor was wet through the room. We asked to remove and were sent to a larger room which was more appropriate. The hotel was close to metro stations, but if you take the train to Alameda you will have a steep hill to climb so it is better to walk from Saldanha or Arroios. It is quite a hilly area.
